In-Store Radio & Digital Signage, One Supplier

What we do

What your customers hear, and what they see.

Sonair runs the sound and the screens in retail and leisure venues across the UK, Germany and the Netherlands. Two products, one supplier, one number to call when you need us.

The two products

Sound and screens, run for you.

Both are fully managed, both run on hardware we supply and monitor, and both are billed per site or per screen with nothing to install yourself.

Sonair Radio

A station, not a playlist. Music categorised, scheduled and segued the way a broadcast station does it, with your own adverts and announcements running through it. Every site sounds the same, so the brand holds from Bristol to Edinburgh — but a promotion can run at one site, one region, or any group you choose. Promote your Derby open day without bothering customers in Glasgow. Your customers hear a station; your staff never learn the running order.

In-store radio

Cloud digital signage

Screens you change from your desk. Upload once and push everywhere, or group screens by location, region or site type and send different content to each. Changes reach the estate in a few minutes. It works with the screens you already have — we supply the players, or install our software on hardware you own. Images, video and live web pages.

How it fits together

One supplier. One set of boxes. One number.

Most venues end up with sound from one company, screens from another, and nobody clearly responsible when something stops working. Both of ours run on players we supply, provision and monitor ourselves — so we can usually see a problem before anyone in the building notices it.

Music, production, broadcast licensing, hardware, deployment and support are all handled. You approve the direction and ask for changes; we do the rest. And because the two run on separate players by design, adding screens later never puts the audio at risk.

Creative services

The bits in between.

Available to Sonair Radio and Sonair TV clients, and usually the difference between a venue that sounds managed and one that sounds switched on.

Bespoke audio production

Adverts, jingles, station idents and announcements, written and produced properly. Real voices with real regional accents — every word recorded by a person. We don't use AI voices, and we don't intend to.

Audio production

Digital media production

Artwork and video built for screens rather than adapted to them, so a promotion reads from across the room instead of from arm's length.

Media production

Music consultancy

A second opinion on what your venue should sound like, before you commit to anything. Useful when a room has never quite worked and nobody can say why.

Also available

If the room needs work first.

Neither is something we push, but both are ours and both are worth knowing about before you buy them from somebody else.

Audio visual installation

Speakers, amplifiers, screens and the cabling behind them. If there's no sound system in place, or the one there was inherited and never quite worked, we'll install one that does.

AV installation

Customer footfall tracking

Counting who comes in and when, so you can see how a venue actually fills through the day rather than how you assume it does.
