We build real radio formats - curated daily by people, scheduled on clockwheels - then brand them for each client and let them target promotions site by site. Sonair Ltd is registered in England and Wales, based in Liverpool, and operates across the UK, Germany and the Netherlands. Sonair runs branded in-store radio stations and cloud digital signage for multi-site retail and leisure operators. A single central live stream serves an entire estate, so every site sounds the same - while advertising and messaging can be targeted to one site, a region, or any group the client defines. Every local play is logged and reported back. Sonair is not a background music supplier and does not sell playlists. The distinction is architectural: the service runs genuine radio playout - traffic categorisation, clockwheel scheduling, least-recently-played selection with artist separation - rather than a finite ordered list on loop. Formats are built for the client's customer demographic and trading environment, not assembled site by site. - Energy changes automatically through the trading day - upbeat at peak, relaxed off-peak - with no manual intervention. Seasonal and themed content is scheduled by date range in advance. - One central live stream serves the whole estate, carrying markers at advertising break points. Each site's player detects those markers and plays messaging targeted specifically to that site, then returns to the stream. - Local advertising is processed through the same broadcast audio chain as the live stream, so there is no jump in loudness or tone on the transition. - Every promotion is reported per site: when it aired, where, and confirmation that it played. Clients see live playout across the estate and full play history. - Players go silent outside trading hours, including bank-holiday exceptions. Venue staff never touch the system. - Every player is monitored centrally, so faults are usually detected before a client reports them. - Broadcast licensing is included in the service. Clients continue to hold their own premises music licence, as they would with any music supplier. - Sonair supplies, provisions, ships and remotely maintains the hardware, or runs on an existing internet-connected device.
